Will Call Instructions

If you wish to place an order for Will Call pick up at our Ontario, CA, facility, you may do so online or over the phone. 

Once submitted, orders are generally ready the following business day 24-hrs after your initial order submission. Orders will be held for two business days before being subject to cancellation.

8:00am - 3:00pm PST, Monday through Friday

Upon Arrival:

Check in at dock #14 and be prepared to confirm the following:

1. Shopify Order Number
2. Name or Company name on the order
