How to Purchase an Item Online

Three easy steps and you are done.

1. Click on the blue BUY button. A smaller window will open in which you can enter the quantity of the item you want. You will also be advised if the item is in stock or out of stock, and if out of stock, when it will be available.

2. Click the BUY button and you will be taken to your shopping basket. Here you can confirm that what you have ordered is correct and your order will be totaled and estimated freight will also be figured for you.

3. Click the ORDER button and you will be taken to the checkout window. If you already have an account all you do is enter your email address and password and click ok. ( we will keep your credit card number secure in a file offline once you give it to us so you do not need to enter it again.

You will immediately receive an automated copy of your order by e-mail and then a second confirmation and invoice when your order ships. You will be able to review your orders at any time in the "My Papermart" section of our site.

If you are a new customer you will need to provide us with your customer information only once.

·      You will be asked to provide your billing address, then a shipping address for yourself.

·       You will be asked to enter the number of the major credit card with which you would like to pay.

·       After you submit your order, you will see our thank-you screen.

Because most customers prefer to use the same payment method, shipping address and shipping method each time they shop with Paper Mart, we offer an Express Checkout. Simply enter your name and your account number and leave all other checkout information blank. This will make it easier and faster than ever to place your orders.

Phone-in Orders

You can also place your order by telephone at 1-800-745-8800, press 1.  Order Desk Representatives are on-call Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

Orders placed by 3:00 will be shipped same day.

Phone in orders will not be available for review  in your "My Papermart" section of the web at this time.

Payment Methods

All prices on our web site are in U.S. dollars.

Credit Cards We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cash We accept cashiers check, or money order if you prepay your order. 

On Account  We do set up and maintain open accounts for qualified customers. We charge a processing fee of $1.50 per order for this service. If you wish to open an account please contact our Accounts Receivable Department direct at: 1-323-726-8200 or fax: 1-323-837-2275.
After approval of your credit application, we will establish and maintain an open account for you. Paying with CREDIT CARD for your first order assures prompt delivery and gives us time to process your application in a fair manner. Please pay from your original invoice. Invoices are included at time of delivery if billing and shipping address are the same. We can mail invoices upon request.  Monthly statements are sent only on past due accounts.
Terms:  Net 20 days from date of invoice. 1 1/2% interest per month (18% annual rate)  will be charged on past due balances.

Wire Transfers

Out of State orders totaling over $5,000 - Orders shipped outside California totaling $5,000 or more will require a wire transfer to our corporate bank account. Please contact our accounting department at 1-800-745-8800 ext.221 or e-mail elopez@papermart.com to make payment arrangements.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped within the state of California. State Board of Equalization requires that sales tax(s) are applied on all service and delivery charges if there is a taxable item on the order.Regulation 1628.

In California, taxes must be charged according to the State Board tax schedule by county until we have your signed Resale Card in our files. We cannot waive tax on “cards in the mail.”
