FedEx has established specific weight and size limits for packages shipped with all FedEx services (click here to view the FedEx Weight and Size limitations). All items are priced extreme net - C.O.D. (charge on delivery) and F.O.B. from our warehouse. Paper Mart maintains its own trucking fleet. For delivery by Paper Mart truck, we have a flat $13.95 delivery charge. For orders over $300.00, this charge is waived. Next day delivery may not apply to orders under 95 lbs and certain routes. In no event shall the aggregate liability of paper mart (whether in contract, warranty, tort (including but not limited to negligence), product liability, strict liability or other theory) arising out of or relating to the use of this site exceed $5 or the compensation you paid paper mart, whichever is less. The foregoing remedy shall be subject to buyer’s notification of defect and return of the defective product within ninety (90) days of purchase. The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been used or if damage occurs as a result of the failure of the buyer to follow specific instructions. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If these laws apply some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations, may not apply to you, and you may have rights additional to those contained herein.
